About the Blog
This blog is intended to be a platform to share, discuss and gain knowledge on cognitive neuroscience. I developed fascination about this subject after listening to the BBC Reith lectures given by Dr.V. Ramachandran. His thought process in unveiling the mysteries of the brain by studying the brain syndromes is simply amazing. He links neuroscience as a bridge between arts and humanities with science.

Hey Shri!
I have never actually used a blog before. So I don't know if I am doing this right.
Hey Nik
I am glad you joined the blog. Thank you very much my friend. And you are doing perfect my friend
Hey Srikant...I'm in...This looks interesting. I just had a thought...We should start from the beginning...A basic idea of the nervous system is required before we get into the idiosyncrasies...
If we don't take this path then the discussion will go beyond science and might get into philosophy and metaphysics(Which would still be interesting...)
We need more people in here though...How do we do that?!
Hey Rajat
I am glad that you are in.Thats a very good point. I totally agree with you. Based on your knowledge, suggest the blog members what would be a good way or a road map in grasping the fundamentals. May be like the broad topics and bibliography would be an excellent start. We then can start discussion on specific topics. I am granting you the admin rights. Please feel free to invite people.
Hmmm....Cool....This might take some time because I dont know a lot of people who would get into this and participate actively.....I would like it more if we had a core group that was really proactive....
Lets see....I'll think of something...
